Reasonable cost is the reason guests return. North of Sixty does not contract any middlemen to do its marketing. This, coupled with a favorable exchange rate and cost effective transportation allows North of Sixty to pass savings to its guests in the form of reasonable priced packages.

Trophy Fishing... The reason serious fishermen venture to North of Sixty and most importantly, the reason they return. Our guests know that in order to catch true world class trophy fish you must be on waters that hold trophies - we do not mean 20 lb. fish but the potential for world record Northern Pike, Lake Trout and Arctic Grayling. Location is the key to trophy fishing! Not only "where" on the water, but "which" water you fish.

Transportation is comfortable, safe and efficient. North of Sixty charters a 50 place Convair 580 which takes you non-stop directly from Winnipeg to our lodge (approx. 2.5 hrs.) On the return, most of our guests are able to clear customs in Winnipeg and catch a connecting flight home.

We can coordinate your trip from your home city fo North of Sixty including air, ground transportation and hotel at discounted prices. Our 6000 ft airstrip has GPS approved instrument approach limiting weather delays.

2. LIMIT FISHING PRESSURE
   -Limit number of guests at each camp. (Capacity of our ten camps exceeds 100, we limit to 50 guests.)
   -Limit camp openings (Alternate camps each year) We fish five lakes from our main lodge not counting ly our lakes.
   -Limit the need for fishing the deep holes. We normally close before the fish go deep.
   
   
3. WE UTILIZE CRADLES INSTEAD OF NETS TO KEEP FISH IN WATER
   Trophy fish bone's structure will not support their body weight out of the water. The fish are always bigger when you leave your camera at home.
