32 Gallons of Fuel $225 per person Private Aircraft - $300.00 (day/night) per person AMERICAN PLAN at MINI LODGES - North of Sixty's concept of what an outpost should be: The tranquility of an outpost but with many of the modern conveniences of a lodge. A camp manager coordinates fishing and prepares breakfast and dinner. Meals are served in central mini lodge, with 3 separate sleeping cabins for guests -mattresses/pillows and satellite phones to talk with the main lodge. 16.5ft. Boats are equipped with a 15HP motor, life preservers, seats with backs, fish cradle, rock hopper, paddles and a map of the lake. Guests bring sleeping bags and towels. All prices are based on a minimum of 2/4 guests per cabin and 2 guests per boat. Extra charge for one person per cabin and/or boat. 24 Gallons of Fuel (average used less than 20 gallons) $190 per person MINI LODGES

Guide for 5 day - $300 per person, 6 day - $350 per person - 7 day, - $400 per person. Overtime - $20/hour. Normal guide hours 8am to 6pm, but can be changed. Depth finder - not necessary with guide. $35/boat (5 day), $45/boat (6 day), $75/boat (7 day) Deductible insurance - not necessary with guide. $100/boat (5 day), $120/boat (6 day), $170/boat (7 day) Boat or lower unit damage - $1,500 each ($250 w/insurance) Skag damage- $300 ($100 w/insurance) Rock Hopper or Prop - $200 ($50 w/insurance), Depth gauge - $200 ($50 w/insurance). Fly-out lakes - subject to availability - $350 per person.(minimum 4 guests) Liquor and Beverages -North of Sixty is a dry camp for employees. No beer or liquor may be given to any camp employee. This is a violation of the law and you will be liable for civil, criminal, and/or consequential damages. Guest giving beer or liquor to guides will lose their guide and not have a guide the following day. No credit issued. Limit of two bottles of wine per person may be ordered in advance. Depart from camp approx. 10:00 am CDT arrive Winnipeg approx. 2:30 pm North of Sixty Camps Ltd is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages. North of Sixty can assume no liability for injury, damage, delay, loss, accident or irregularity in connection with the services of the airplane used in carrying out the arrangements of these trips or for any damages incurred or injuries suffered pre-flight, in-flight or post-flight which are in any way attributable to the independent air carriers that are chartered to carry passengers and goods to their intended destinations or any other occurrences. Carriers are required to meet commercial air carrier regulations. Should the air carrier experience a delay or change the schedule, we will make our best effort to work with the air carrier to find an alternate means of transportation as fast as possible. Transportation can and does take time to obtain. Passengers will not be reimbursed for any damages due to transportation delays and/or changes. All airline terms and conditions apply. North of Sixty Camps Ltd is a Canadian Corporation and all terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the NW Territories. In the event that circumstances beyond our control (ie ice) prevents guests from accessing their camp, North of Sixty Camps has the option to change camps. If trip is cancelled due to conditions beyond our control, guests will be rescheduled at a later date when space permits. No refunds off price of trip and/or credit for changes in travel arrangements. We highly recommend trip insurance. North of Sixty is not a travel agent for the airlines or hotel and can only assist in obtaining transportation to and from Winnipeg and hotel accommodations.

Weight Limitations Will Be Enforced: Each guest may bring a maximum of 45lbs of belongings, including clothing, tackle box, rods, reels, etc. and a 5 lb carry-on. Excess weight will not be allowed. All carry-on luggage must fit beneath the seat. No overhead storage other than jackets. Luggage is weighed prior to boarding the plane in Winnipeg, prior to boarding the floatplane and prior to returning to Winnipeg. Suggestions for keeping within weight limit: Combine rod cases and tackle boxes with fishing partner's, wear boots and warm jacket on plane.
Deposits Payment Schedule: Deposits - all monies paid are non-refundable. Deposit schedule - $300 down $500 due December 1, 2010 (total $800), $100 due February 1, 2011. Deposits are payable via cash, check, Visa, Master Card or Discovery. Balance is due 60 days prior to departure payable via check only. If payments are not made when due, deposits will be lost. "At Camp Charges" require a credit card on file or $100 cash deposit/person. We recommend trip insurance - no refunds. Mini Lodges: Guests at flyout locations may be required to be brought into the main lodge the evening before departure. |
